History of the Company

We started our activities working as ordinary engineers for maintenance and servicing of forecourt information systems in different companies. However the processes of interaction with customers in these organizations seemed to us to be insufficiently effective, the quality of services rendered not to be high enough, and the services themselves were distributed among different contractors, and as a matter of principle there was not a number of services and facilities demanded by customers. Our proposals for optimization, quality improvement and change in the mechanisms of interaction with customers have failed to find support from the management of the companies where we worked for a long time, because the managements put their own interests above the interests of customers.

We decided to team up and make some changes:

We not simply improved the existing mechanisms of automation and forecourt service support, but fundamentally revised a set of services, facilities and a model of interaction with customers.

In 2012 we founded our own Company, the main principle of which was the absolute focus on a customer realized in the implementation of solutions, being of interest to the customer, but not to the service organization, development and implementation of convenient, simple, effective mechanisms interaction that aim to ensure a high-quality service.

The basic idea, lying in the newly-created Company "Alfa-Business", was to provide customers with an opportunity to develop and improve their business with our help, not worrying about its IT components, in all its manifestations.

Our first customers were small independent fuel companies and private forecourts in the Leningrad region, for which the work with the organizations existing in the market was too complex, expensive and forcing within limits, preventing the development.

Knowing and understanding the weak points of our competitors from the inside, we continued to implement our ideas and the Company’s concept. At the initial stage we organized the process of individual work with each customer, each specific forecourt and each operator. Our words did not contradict with the deeds that led to a steady increase in the number of our customers day after day.

The implementation of the new concept has brought positive and tangible results for our customers: they were pleasantly surprised by the level of service, range of facilities, comprehensive support and speed in solving problems. Our model was strikingly different from the majority of service companies with whom they used to work. We made progress and grew together with our customers.

At the same time the concept "doing business" was born which meant that everything promised to the customer shall be put into life at all costs and with any efforts.

For our customers we:

• organized TSC (Technical Service Center) in order to make it easier to interact with the tax authorities;
• became the official suppliers of the cash equipment of the most manufacturers from around the world for the purpose of providing choice and not-high prices;
• created our own software and hardware development group in order to expand the horizons and give new opportunities to our customers.

To correspond to our own creed and continue to exceed the expectations of our customers, we maintain the highest level of skills of all our staff: all our employees are constantly trained and improve their skills in the areas of their activities, not only in the Russian Federation, but also abroad.

In 2014 we understood the fact that we need to get ahead of time and should know in advance the needs of our customers. Therefore, we became the first integrator in Russia, having our own area for testing our new developments, equipment and solutions in order to offer innovations to our customers, showing them not only on paper, but also at the existing forecourts.

As of today, the "Alpha-Business" is a company providing a wide range of high-quality services in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Leningrad, Pskov, Ivanovo, Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl regions and in the Republic of Karelia.  

More than 100 forecourts and stations of various fuel companies and individuals are under the maintenance service of the Company. And we will keep on going!
